Slay and Greg were both very helpful while I was in the store picking out a new pair of boots. Slay did a fantastic job branding my boots in spite of my complex request. The boots came out perfectly and I’m very happy!

Coming to CHS, the Tecova store was #1 on my list and it did NOT disappoint. The selection, the vibe and the overall experience was BEYOND. The best part of all? We had exceptional customer service from Slay - he was personable, kind, and got the job done for us. We walked out of Tecovas Charleston with beautifully branded palm tree boots and the best shopping experience imaginable. This is THE store you want to be visiting when you visit Charleston.

We had an absolutely amazing experience!! Slay was extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of Tecovas. He was extremely helpful, and he also branded our boots PERFECTLY!! Customer service like this is why we will continue to chose Tecovas!

Went in to look around and was offered to have my boots cleaned. I was adamant on giving the gentleman that helped me a tip but he refused it everytime I did. We had a great conversation and he shared some dancing spots in the area. Extremely professional staff and clean store. I would definitely recommend.

Yesterday in Charleston, we had the absolute BEST experience with Kelly at Tecovas all because of one incredible woman who truly went above and beyond for us. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely at home. While helping my husband try on boots, she was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure he found exactly what he wanted. We were searching for a specific pair that had unfortunately sold out, and she didn’t just brush it off she took the time to look into other locations and discovered that the St. Louis store had the very last pair in my husband’s size. When she told us, she said something that really stuck with us: “Good things happen to good people and these are good people.” That moment honestly meant so much to us. She didn’t just help us buy boots she made the entire experience feel special, personal, and memorable. Because of her, our day in Charleston felt extra meaningful. Her warmth, positivity, and genuine care are rare to find, and she represents everything customer service should be. She was literally amazing, and Tecovas is so lucky to have her. I’ve purchased Tecovas boots several times, but had never been in a store, this was a very cool experience top quality, shoes, and boots clothing just a really nice atmosphere.

I recently stopped by and picked up a pair of the Chelsea boots from Tecovas. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and quickly assisted in finding the perfect size. After purchasing the boots, Slay did an incredible job branding my initials on them—great attention to detail and craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the quality of the boots. I’ll definitely be back!

Thank you to everyone working on November 30th - my whole family were purchasing boots and even through a busy weekend they made us feel so comfortable and successfully got us all in boots that we love! We worked with so many associates throughout the day and can't speak higher about all of their kindness and help. Lily worked with me and was amazing! Highly recommend stopping in or making the trip - worth it for the quality of products and the top-notch customer service.

The store was very welcoming! Olivia was so kind and helpful. She explained how the sizing works and got us multiple pairs to try on. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and talked to us for a while about Charleston. She should get a raise!

Wonderful customer service!!! I went to exchange boots that I had purchased online. The store was super busy, however I was greeted right away and only waited a few minutes for assistance finding the perfect pair of boots. I was also offered sparkling water when I arrived. The water was a very nice touch, the store was super hot from being so packed with shoppers. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. I tried on 4-5 additional pairs of boots before I decided on a pair. She never made me feel rushed and made sure the fit was comfortable. They branded them while I waited with my initials and a palmetto tree. It was a delightful (even though it was crowded) shopping experience.
